One hour of coaching per week included for all registered members - riders will be placed into their time slot according to age and ability - please attend your assigned coaching session only

MONDAYS - NOVICES (+ NEW RIDERS)

GROUP A - 6:00 - 7:00 PM

GROUP B - 7:15 - 8:15 PM

THURSDAYS - INTERMEDIATE/EXPERTS (INCLUDING ADULTS WITH EXPERIENCE)

GROUP A - 6:00 - 7:00 PM

GROUP B - 7:15 - 8:15 PM

***all riders to show up for 6:00 PM on the first day according to ability (either May 26th or 29th) - riders will then be assigned into a coaching group for the rest of the season as per coaches discretion)***
